Shipping
We only ship to the 48 United States.
No Alaska, Hawaii or International shipping of any kind.
All books/cds/dvds are shipped via Media Mail.
All other merchandise will be shipped via Priority Mail.
Buyer pays all shipping & handling fees as per the checkout.
Insurance is optional at the current USPS rates based on the purchase price and date of purchase.
We will ship your order within 1 to 3 business days and provide the delivery confirmation number to you via email for your convenience.
Media Mail can take up to 21 days to receive and Priority Mail averages 2-3 days.
We are not responsible for delivery times, delays, or claims for packages lost or damaged.
You must file an independent claim with the carrier. Please refer to the USPS website for further information should you need to do so.
We will assist you as best we can by providing proof of purchase for you to use for your claim.
Returns
We offer a 3 day inspection and return policy from the date buyer receives product.
All return merchandise must be approved for return within the 3 day period and shipped within 3 days of approval.
Buyer to pay all shipping fees to return the product in the original condition and the original or better packing than it was received in.
Return carrier must be the same as the shipping carrier.
This will be noted on your return authorization.
Media Mail w/deliver confirmation for all book/cds/dvds.
Priority Mail w/delivery confirmation for all other merchandise.
Restocking fee is $1.00 and will be deducted from your refund.
All refunds are processed through your original method of Payment - Paypal or Google Checkout.
Partial returns may be approved depending on the circumstances.
Any deviations from the above will be handled on an individual request from the buyer.
